I was looking for a FREE Video Converter software for Windows. Well, there is more than a million result on Google Search with the “free video converter” keyword. Until I end up in Videosoft Free Video Converter software. I was expecting that this software will become my final search. Well, to be honest, this software has a good looking interface, pretty simple without many complex buttons. But then, I had a bad feeling when realizing that this software will convert your video to MP4 for free. BUT, a big but, there will be an annoying watermark on your video. WTF is that?
Well, I understand that the developer trying to make money from their product. But, please when you name your software as Free Video Converter, most of the users think that it will completely free. If you put a watermark on the output video, it’s better to name your software a Trial version or something like that. Maybe this software is good, but I would not recommend this to anyone.
I think this software is useless when you expect something free. DVDVideosoft has many software marked as FREE something… But, I think they have the same thing to put a watermark on the output. So, actually its not FREE at all. If you want to convert with this software, just buy the DVDVideosoft Free Video Converter full version. That might work.
