How to Migrate MySQL Database using ESF Database Migration Toolkit
First, you may want to download and install the ESF Database Migration Toolkit. You can download the free trial version or purchase the full version. First, let’s choose a Data Source. This is the MySQL Server that is going to be migrated.
Here you need to specify the MySQL Server IP address or domain name, the port, username, password, and the database name. You can only choose a single database at once. Click Next to configure the destination server
Same as previous step, you will need to configure the MySQL Server details here. Click Next and select the tables you want to export or migrate.
Click Next and then click Submit to start the migration process.
Wait until the migration process completes. Make sure there is no error. If you are using the trial version, you will have some limitations such as it will only copy 50000 records on each tables. If you need more features, I would suggest you to purchase the ESF Database Migration Toolkit Pro Full Version.
