Duplicated files is hard to avoid. During my work, I created many duplicated files and I am pretty sure that most of you does. Finding duplicated files manually is almost impossible because it can be everywhere in our internal disk, external drives or even on Dropbox. Today, I am going to review AllDup, a friendly duplicate files finder for Windows. AllDup is a simple and powerful tool that help you to scan your disk and find the duplicates in few clicks. How to use AllDup to find duplicate files?
First, download and Install AllDup from the official website. Its also available as Portable Software. Now run it and you will see the AllDup main window on your desktop. AllDup supports all Windows version.
You can save the search result for future use. AllDup comes with built in file manager that can be used to manage your duplicate files.
You may delete duplicate files, move to recycle bin or simply move the files to other location.
Final Thoughts
AllDup handles all my need for finding duplicate files. In my opinion, AllDup is a good duplicate file finder. There are a lot of menu entries which can lead you to confusion. But after reading and use this software few times, I don’t have any problems.
