How to Backup Your Entire PC using Acronis True Image 2019

Currently, there are two main backup software that I mostly use. The first one is AOMEI Backupper Professional and the second one is Acronis True Image. On this article, I would like to show you how to back up the entire PC using Acronis True Image 2019. Acronis True Image is a great backup software for Windows. It is very easy to use and is very user-friendly.

Step 1. Download and Install Acronis True Image 2019 full version.

Step 2. Select Backup Source

Now open the software and click the Backup tab on the left side. We are going to select the backup source. At this point, you should see your computer is listed there.

To change the backup source, click your computer name (left side). It will open up the backup source selection. In this example, I choose Backup Entire Pc.

You may also choose to backup only selected partitions, or disk. Or, you can also backup your files and folders.

Step 3. Select the Backup Destination

Click Select Destination to specify the backup destination. Acronis supports several backup destinations including Acronis Cloud, External drive and custom folder. If you want to backup the entire PC. It is recommended to use the Acronis Cloud or the external disk. At this point, you must plug in your external drive.

Step 4. Set the Backup Interval

We would recommend you to enable the backup schedule. So, you will have automatic backup tasks on a regular basis. Click Option to open the backup scheduling, email notification and some other advanced settings.

Modify the backup schedule and other settings as you need. Click OK to confirm the changes. Now you are ready to start the back up process.
