Backup PostgreSQL Databases Using PostgreSQL Backup 2.0.6

PostgreSQL Backup is a free backup program for Windows that will backup your local and remote PostgreSQL databases. It comes with a simple and easy to use user interface. There are many software for backup but this PostgreSQL Backup is free for personal use and supports up to 2 databases. If you need more features, you can upgrade to the full version which includes supports to unlimited databases. This software supports local folder, FTP, Dropbox, Box and some other cloud storage. The free version only supports local, Dropbox, Box, and FTP. The full version can be used to store the backup in Google Drive, Amazon S3, One Drive, and Azure.

As you can see, PostgreSQL Backup user interface is pretty simple. First, you may want to download and install this program. After install, we need to connect our server with this program.

Next, select which databases to backup. You can select more than one databases at once. And then select the backup destination

Finally, click Run Now to start the backup


Backup PostgreSQL databases is super easy with this tool. But unfortunately, there is no restore tool available. It’s a bit annoying when there is no restore tool included in this program.
